By accessing and using RoadAid services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing RoadAid services. The materials contained in any RoadAid product or service including the web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

By accessing and using RoadAid services your are also agreeing to be bound by Google Maps API Terms of Service.

If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by RoadAid in its sole discretion, we may warn you or suspend or terminate your account.

Use License

Use of the materials (information or software) by RoadAid is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software developed or owned by RoadAid; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by RoadAid at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.


The materials and services provided by RoadAid are provided "as is". RoadAid makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, RoadAid does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials through its services, web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to RoadAid.


In no event shall RoadAid or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by RoadAid, even if RoadAid or a RoadAid authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on RoadAid's products could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RoadAid does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. RoadAid may make changes to the materials contained in its services and products at any time without notice. RoadAid does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.


RoadAid has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by RoadAid of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to RoadAid shall be governed by the laws in Denmark without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Information we collect and how we use it
We may collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide – When you sign up for a RoadAid account, we ask you for personal information. “Personal information” is information that you provide to us which personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, age or gender, or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by RoadAid. We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services.
  • Log and analysis information – When you access RoadAid services via a browser, application or other client, our servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.
  • User communications – When you send email or other communications to RoadAid, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our services.
  • Third Party Applications – RoadAid may make available third party applications through its services. The information collected by RoadAid when you enable a third party application is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party application provider is governed by their privacy policies.
  • Location data – RoadAid offers location-enabled services. If you use those services, RoadAid may receive information about your actual location (such as GPS signals sent by a mobile device) or information that can be used to approximate a location (such as a cell ID). We use this information to provide location specific services, features and offers.
  • Device and client information – Certain services, such as RoadAid's built-in Automatic Error Reporting Service, may include some device/client unique information that is not associated with your account or you. These information about your installation (e.g., operating system type, version number) may, without any user interaction, be sent to RoadAid when you experience problems and errors within RoadAid, or when services periodically contacts our servers (for example, to request automatic updates to the software).

RoadAid services make use of Google Maps API, and information collected by their services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

In addition to the above, we may use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services (including advertising services) and develop new services; and
  • Protect the rights or property of RoadAid or our users.

RoadAid processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information outside your own country.

Abuse and violation

RoadAid reserves the right to remove invalid incidents and suspend the users behind these reports. This suspension may occur without prior notice, or any notice.

Account Inactivity
RoadAid may terminate your account in accordance with the terms of service if you fail to login to your account for a period of three months.

Product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to by RoadAid are the property of their respective trademark holders.
